(KSL News) After struggling with fertility issues, a Sandy woman now offers advice and comfort to those in a similar situation.

Jeanna Hollingshead says her sister Michelle Keller manages to parent her four-year-old quadruplets and help out those who are facing a multiple birth.

Jeanna wanted to recognize her sister's efforts with a High 5.

Jeanna Hollingshead/Nominated Sister: "You are the most wonderful person I know. I'm telling you, when I called your friends they started crying and said they couldn't think of anybody more worthy than this."

Coco Warner/Eyewitness News: "What are you thinking right now?"

Michelle Keller/High Five Recipient: "I'm thinking I wish my husband would have gotten me up a half hour earlier." "I'm thinking all these people have now seen me with my hair like this."

Michelle provides so much support and comfort to others that her doctor gives out her number to patients facing a multiple birth. Michelle is also described as a great sister, a great friend, a great mom-- an all-around great woman.
