SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Utah Transit Authority is planning a limited service schedule for Pioneer Day on Friday.

TRAX trains will go only as far as Library Station and City Center station up until 12 p.m. to avoid the Days of '47 parade route Friday morning.

UTA says buses will run on a normal Sunday schedule during the holiday, although some will have to detour around the parade route.

FrontRunner commuter lines will run on a Saturday schedule with two additional trips from Ogden at 5:10 a.m. and 6:10 a.m.
