(KSL News) Fire gutted a restaurant in South Salt Lake this morning.
Employees at Chicken Express at 3440 S. State Street were making preparations for the day when sparks from the broiler somehow got up into the attic.
The fire quickly spread.
No one was injured but damage is estimated at over 100 thousand dollars.
