SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Canyon View's 91-86 victory over Ben Lomond in six overtimes matched the Utah record for most overtimes in boys' prep basketball.

"I feel fortunate to have been a part of it," Ben Lomond coach Mark Hansen said.

The other six-overtime game was in 1990, when Wendover defeated Nevada's Owybee High, 76-74, according to the Utah High School Activities Association.

Ben Lomond and Canyon View combined for 30 3-pointers and 59 free-throw attempts Friday. Three players fouled out.
