OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- Drivers beware! A portion of I-15 in the Ogden area and parts of Provo Canyon will be closed today.
The Utah Department of Transportation says northbound I-15 will be shut down at 21st Street in Ogden tonight and Friday night. Crews will be placing girders on the new 21st Street bridge over the freeway. It's all part of the I-15 NOW reconstruction project.
Tonight's closure will be from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m, while Friday's will be from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Meanwhile, U-D-O-T says U.S. 189 from Bridal Veil Falls to Frazier Park in Provo Canyon will be shut down intermittently because of the recent snow.
It will close down periodically from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
