(KSL News) -- Police are looking for a man who asks for charity then takes and keeps the money.
They say David Garnett has fraudulently solicited donations from businesses. Garnett claims he's collecting donations for "Shop with a Cop" and the "DARE" program for the Fraternal Order of Police.
Garnett even issues fake receipts once he's received a donation.
Anyone with information about Garnett should call police.
