Gene Kennedy Reporting An escaped prisoner is still on the loose, and this morning authorities are asking for your help.
"We believe he's dangerous and we want to get him in custody before he has the chance of doing any harm in the community."
The escapee is a 28-year-old man convicted on weapons charges. He escaped yesterday from Purgatory Jail in Washington County.
He may have stolen a truck from a landfill in Washington County, so he could be anywhere by now.
How Doyle Dockstader escaped is a mystery, but jail officials have this theory. He was outside in an exercise yard. A guard was helping an injured inmate. Jail officials think Dockstader used that distraction to make his break.
He's injured in some way because he jumped over several razor-wire fences and left a trail of blood behind.
Dockstader was last seen in a white jumpsuit. The word "Prisoner" is written down the leg. He's probably ditched the clothes by now, and the more time goes by, the more stressful this is for authorities in Washington County.
Dockstader is considered dangerous. He has a history of assault, domestic violence and weapons crimes.
"We're also asking people to be extremely cautious. We really want to get this guy into custody as soon as possible."

Yesterday, authorities searched on the ground, by air, and they used bloodhounds. No sign of the prisoner, so they'll try again today.
This is the first time anyone has escaped from Purgatory Jail, which by the way, is the same facility where polygamous leader Warren Jeffs is being held.
