(KSL News) -- A car rolled off a highway and into a river killing a Logan man. It happened on SR 101 just east of Hyrum.
Jose Nelson Anzora Cruz did not quite make a curve and ran off the road. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
A passenger managed escape from the submerged car by himself.
Cruz had to be extricated by emergency crews. They tried to revive him but he was pronounced dead at Logan Regional hospital.
