(KSL News) -- The woman accused of murder and aggravated sex abuse of her step-daughter will undergo a mental evaluation.
During a pre-trial hearing yesterday, Angela Andrew's attorney requested the evaluation. He want to determine Andrews' state of mind on and before August first, the day Shelby was beaten to death. Results of the evaluation are expected in January.
Angela's husband, Ryan is also charged with murder and aggravated sex abuse of a child. He'll be in court next month.
