4A and 5A baseball champions were crowned last week. No sooner does the prep baseball season end then the all-star games begin.

The best players in the state got together to put on a show at Kearns High School. The night began with the home run derby. Lone Peak's Kade Andrus, considered by many the best power hitter in the state, beat out Jordan's Kelton Caldwell 5-2 in the Finals.

The main course was the all-star game.

34 players divided into two teams covering the state, both north and south.

It took just two innings to find the game's MVP. Skyline's Trey Nielson hits a pair of three run homers as the American team beats up on the National team 15-7.
