(KSL News) -- The University of Utah honored KSL's own Mark Eubank today for years of forecasting weather on the Wasatch Front.

The Len Snellman Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Mark during an intermountain weather workshop. Snellman was a professor of Mark's when he was studying meteorology at the U.

Mark Eubank, KSL Meteorologist: "I learned a lot from Len so it's an honor, a great honor to accept this award, and I thank all of you."

Mark has been forecasting Utah weather for close to 40 years.
