(KSL News) -- A Utah girl finally has a voice, after living her life, so far, in silence.
Alin Cortez has cerebral palsy. It's nearly impossible for her to talk, but today she got a communcation device, called a "Bilingual Springboard", with which she can touch a screen to make conversation and respond to questions in two languages.
Alin speaks English at school and Spanish at home.
