SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Federal prosecutors have filed more motions asking for a lengthy prison sentence for Timmy Brent Olsen.
Prosecutors say Olsen's lies about the disappearance of Kiplyn Davis have victimized her family and obstructed justice.
Olsen was convicted on 15 counts of perjury for lying to a grand jury investigating the 1995 disappearance of the 15-year-old girl.
He is scheduled to be sentenced next Tuesday.
Yesterday's motions were the latest in a string of pre-sentencing motions filed by prosecutors and Olsen's attorney arguing what kind of sentence he deserves.
A hearing is scheduled for Thursday to discuss the motions.
