(KSL News) -- The Draper City Council will vote today on whether or not to use TRAX trains on an existing rail line.
Supporters say light rail in their community would boost property value in Draper. Critics say it would actually lower values, and ridership will be low.
The Council will consider several factors as they make their decision. Those factors include cost, resident opinion, and the fact that Draper is also planning to have a commuter rail.
