(KSL News) -- Deseret Book Company today announced its downtown relocation plans.
The temporary location of Deseret Book's retail store will remain on the first block of East South Temple, and Deseret Book's corporate office will move to a new location on South Temple facing Temple Square.
The move is planned to take place in mid-2007. Upon completion of the City Creek Center the retail store will move to a larger, permanent location within the Center.
Corporate offices will relocate at 57 West South Temple, where it will occupy all seven upper floors. Utah Woolen Mills Clothiers will continue to occupy street-level retail space.
