(KSL News) Charges will not be filed against a Skywest captain who smelled of alcohol before a scheduled flight to Salt Lake City.
Douglas Davidson was grounded September 6th in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. A security guard reported the odor 15 minutes before takeoff.
A blood sample was taken and Davidson was put on administrative leave.
