(KSL News) -- A Thanksgiving Day staple in New York City will be a first-ever event this year in Utah.
A major department store says it will hold a Thanksgiving parade this year in Salt Lake County. Macy's says it will hold the event in West Valley City, one day afterthe store's nationally televised parade in New York.
The Utah version of the event will begin at 9:00, starting on 3450 West and 3500 South. The parade route ends at the Valley Fair Mall.
