(KSL News) A Hurricane Katrina evacuee will be sentenced today for setting his FEMA-funded apartment on fire the day he was to be evicted.
Herbert Landry was convicted of arson in August. He was arrested after approaching our KSL crews at the scene of the fire.
The fire damaged nine apartments and caused an estimated 183-thousand dollars damage.
Landry faces five years to life in prison.
