SALT LAKE CITY -- A fourth-grader fell Thursday from a second story inside Whittier Elementary School in Salt Lake City at 1600 South 300 East.
The girl was found at the bottom of a stairwell around 3 p.m., conscious and breathing.
Nobody saw her fall, but she was able to tell them she was leaning over a railing when she fell.
She is now at Primary Children's Medical Center.
