Debbie Dujanovic ReportingIt's been a week since reporter Debbie Dujanovic asked the question, where does the Summit County Attorney really live? Now the state's getting involved. A formal complaint has been filed with the Utah Attorney General's office against Summit County Attorney, David Brickey.

The complaint from Jason Taylor states, "I do not believe he (Brickey) has ever physically lived in Summit County, regardless of what his lease says."

During a month-long investigation into his residency, we never once saw David Brickey at the Park City condo he's told voters he lives at. But night after night we did spot him returning to the Salt Lake City home he owns, where his family lives.

By phone, Brickey insisted the condo is his primary address.

Debbie: "Are you living at the home in Salt Lake City or at the one in Park City?"

David Brickey: "I'm living at the one in Park City."

Records from the Salt Lake County Assessor's dispute that. Official documents show the Salt Lake City house is Brickey's primary residence. That gives Brickey a 45-percent tax break on the home.

The Attorney General's office will send the Brickey complaint to a civil review committee. They'll decide if any laws have been violated.

We tried to reach Brickey for comment today, but got no response.
