SOUTH SALT LAKE -- He left his son in a car while he went to the movies, and now David Farnham will have 30 days behind bars to think about his actions.
Farnham was sentenced Thursday. In addition to the jail time, he will have to pay a $1,500 fine. He will also have to serve three years on probation with no unsupervised contact with his son.
Farnham pleaded guilty to a charge of reckless endangerment for leaving his 2-year-old son in a locked car last July while he went to a midnight showing of the Dark Knight.
