(KSL News) An Orem man accused of killing his girlfriend will make his first court appearance this morning.
Keith Morton is charged with capital murder in the death of Tonja Nash.
Last week, Morton allegedly shot Nash in the back with a shotgun. Nash's two boys witnessed the incident and called 911 from a neighbor's home.
Morton is currently in the Utah County jail on 750-thousand dollars bail.
