(KSL News) Utah's Public Enemy Number One has been arrested because his car ran out of gas.

Gustavo Garrido was arrested Friday morning after deputies spotted an abandoned car on I-15 near Tremonton.

While the deputies were investigating the vehicle, another car pulled up and then took off.

The deputies stopped the car and arrested the three people inside, including Garrido, on various offenses including drug possession and illegal possession of a firearm.

Garrido was wanted on a no-bail warrant for violating his parole and a protective order.
