El Dorado, TX -- The last FLDS youth in custody of the state of Texas could soon be back with her family.

The state's child welfare agency has recommended the 14-year-old girl be allowed to live with her aunt. Officials say the woman has undergone a home study and evaluation and has been approved as a suitable home for the girl.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports a judge must now sign off on the move after considering objections being raised by the girl's current guardian ad Litem.

The girl in question was allegedly married to FLDS church leader Warren Jeffs when she was just 12 years old.
