MIDVALE, Utah (AP) -- A 19-year-old man who was hit by a TRAX train earlier this month has died.
Joseph Montgomery was hit March 2 as he skated down a ramp and toward a walkway that crosses the tracks at the Midvale station.
Midvale police Sgt. John Salazar says witnesses reported Montgomery was listening to an MP3 player at the time of the accident and wasn't looking at the train.
Montgomery was taken to the hospital in serious condition. He died on March 6.
