(KSL News) -- Maliyah Herrin is out of Primary Children's Medical Center and back at home with her family.
The four-year old was recovering from surgery to remove scar tissue, which created a bowel blockage.
Doctors were concerned Maliyah might have a blood clot, but say the concern is resolved and they released her from the hospital today.
Maliyah and her twin sister, Kendra, were born as conjoined twins. Surgeons separated them in a 26-hour operation in August.
