President Obama called President Medvedev of Russia to suggest that the US would back off a weapons defense system if Russia would support keeping Iran from developing nuclear weapons. This story was reported by the New York Times, but denied by the Kremlin. Tim and Amanda asked Sam Donaldson for his reaction, "This is the kids' administration, and I do not mean that disparagingly.
