SALT LAKE CITY-- It was an emotional day on Capitol Hill Friday as Utah's lawmakers paused to honor fallen soldiers in 2008.
The families of Orem sailor Lt. Jeffery Ammon and Army Private Jordan Thibeault were there to hear the reading of an official citation from the governor.
Ammon died last May from injuries sustained in an explosion in Afghanistan. Thibeault died in Iraq from a non-combat incident.
