(KSL News) -- A judge has delayed a hearing for two Pocatello boys accused of murdering their classmate.
Torey Adamcik and Brian Draper appeared in court yesterday.
Prosecutors charged them as adults in the murder of 16 year old Cassie Jo Stoddart. They say the teens killed her while they were all watching a movie.
Defense attorneys asked the judge for more time to get police and autopsy results. The girl's family says they don't want to wait.
Paul Sisneros, Victim's Grandfather "If they're guilty, fine. If they're not guilty, fine. But let's get on with it."
Police have a videotape the suspects took near the time of the murder. But they say the tape doesn't show the murder.
Prosecutors plan to use it during opening arguments.
