(KSL News) A bicyclist was hit by a car today on Holladay Boulevard.
Law enforcement officers say the man was riding north through the intersection at 6200 South when a woman going south turned left in front of him.
The man slammed into the car and got banged up pretty badly. However, he was wearing a helmet and should be all right.
The woman driving the car will be cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian.
