(KSL News) -- Salt Lake Police say they are still trying to track down a hit and run driver.
They believe a driver in a 2003 gold Nissan Sentra hit an eight-year old boy near Lincoln Elementary School.
Witnesses say the boy was NOT crossing in a crosswalk when he was hit.
He has a broken leg.
Police are encouraging anyone with information about the crash to give them a call.
