(KSL News) One of the Salt Lake City Police Department's most wanted fugitives has been arrested and extradited back to Utah.
Fa Junior Moi Moi was wanted in connection with a hate crime last August. Prosecutors say he met his victim on the street, asked him if he was gay, and then beat him up when he said he was.
Moi Moi was arrested in Honolulu over the weekend. He's charged with two counts of felony aggravated assault and one misdemeanor.
