A Tooele County man is accused of sexually abusing children at a daycare.

Court documents allege 76-year-old Grant McNeill exposed himself to three girls ages 3-4 and asked one to touch him. It allegedly happened over the course of four months at the daycare run by McNeill's wife in Grantsville. According to the Tooele Transcript Bulletin, the victims were interviewed at the Children's Justice Center last May.

McNeill is charged with two first-degree felonies and two class A misdemeanors. He has been ordered to home confinement because of health reasons. The county attorney tells the newspaper it's not believed that he's much of a risk at this point because there are no children currently going to the home.

Neighbors have mixed reaction about the accusations. One neighbor told KSL, "I don't care if there are true or false. I don't think they need to plaster it on the front, you know, the front page of the paper. They are an upstanding family."

"I still don't think it's good, no matter what age, for someone to do something like that," said another neighbor.

McNeill will make his first court appearance Feb. 10.

It's unclear how long the couple had been running the daycare business out of their home.
