SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Questar wants to cut your winter heating bill.

Utah's main natural-gas supplier is asking state regulators to approve a rate decrease of about 10.5 percent. The company says that adds up to 118 dollars annually.

Questar says there's plenty of natural gas available and wholesale prices have dropped.

The company has cut rates three times this year.
