Whit Johnson ReportingWatch out for predators at ATM's, that's a warning from Salt Lake Police after one man was victimized at a local Smith's last night.

The good news is there are ways to avoid crimes like this. Last night a man pulledmoney out of the ATM at a 7-eleven on 9th West, got in his truck and drove across the street to the Smith's parking lot. When he got out he was robbed at gun point.

Surveillance tape shows the victim at the ATM. The two suspects watched him take out the money and then followed him before robbing him.

Det. Robin Snyder, Salt Lake City Police Department: "The potential is always there for you to be victimized by somebody if they see that you've got cash in your hand if you've recently taken money out of a bank or an ATM. Always be looking around to see if there has been somebody that's been following you or watching you and be prepared."

Now police say this is not a growing problem, but crimes like this do occur. They say the key is to not be alone and if you're suspicious of someone, call police or tell a nearby clerk.

The two suspects are still at large. One man is described as polynesian with black hair, around 26-years-old, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. He's about 6 feet tall and 180 pounds. He was driving a 90's model black Ford truck with large wheels.

Police aren't sure what the second man looks like.
