INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cup cooked rice
2 cans tuna, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1 cup sliced mushrooms
DIRECTIONS
1) Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Keep stirring constantly until bubbly. Pour in milk and broth. Bring to a boil while stirring. Stir until thickened, then turn off burner.
3) Add remaining ingredients to sauce, mix, then pour in baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes.
