(KSL News) A Hurricane Katrina evacuee will be sentenced today for setting ablaze his FEMA-funded apartment in Provo.
Herbert Landry was convicted in August of setting the fire the day he was to be evicted.
He was arrested that night after he approached our KSL crew at the scene.
The February blaze damaged nine apartments and caused an estimated $183-thousand in damage.
Landry faces five years to life in prison.
