In four days, President Bush steps aside as President-elect Barak Obama takes the helm, and some folks in Salt Lake City are planning a ‘good-bye party,' of sorts.

The scene on Windsor Street might resemble a winter carnival: live music and dancing in the streets is planned along with a cardboard cut-out of President Bush.

Throwing shoes at Bush is encouraged. "All the shoes will go to Crossroads Thrift Shop, and hopefully be distributed to people who really need them," Debra Levine explained.

Levine is planning the ‘Bush Bash.' She's counting down the days and says she won't be sorry to see him go.
