(KSL News) A court hearing on drug charges was a family affair this morning in Salt Lake County.
Luanne and Michael Olson, along with their son Jace, appeared before a judge on charges of illegal possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Police say the three were fraudulently obtaining prescription medications and then selling them to students at three schools in Cottonwood Heights.
According to a search warrant, police found 480 pills and $25,000 in cash in the family's home. They also found marijuana and other drug paraphernalia.
