(KSL News) The man at the center of the investigation into the disappearance of a Spanish Fork teenager is scheduled to appear in court today.
Timmy Brent Olsen is charged with the 1995 murder of Kiplyn Davis.
In July, Olsen was found guilty of lying to a grand jury investigating Kiplyn's disappearance.
If found guilty of murder, Olsen faces 75 years behind bars.
