(KSL News) An upcoming court hearing for the man accused of killing five-year-old Destiny Norton is delayed.

Lawyers for Craig Gregerson filed a motion seeking to delay next week's preliminary hearing.

Court documents show the defense needs the results from additional tests and forensic crime labs before the hearing is held.

Gregerson is charged with aggravated murder and first- degree felony child kidnapping. The hearing has been moved to November 17th.
