(KSL News) Liquor sales in Utah are up since last summer.
The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control says sales are up more than 6 percent since July.
The DABC says the state revenues from liquor sales are increasing, but not as much as they were last year when sales jumped by 13 percent.
The increase is largely due to a growing population and growth in the state's tourism industry.
