(KSL News) -- The Association of Zoos and Aquariums has denied Tracy Aviary's application for accreditation.
The Aviary has been accredited with AZA since 1991, but was denied this year due to aging infrastructure. The report did praise recent improvements.
Tracy officials say it's a wake up call for the community to get behind the Aviary and upgrade and maintain it for generations to come.
