(KSL News) A scuffle at a Salt Lake convenience store ended with man being shot.
Police say the three friends entered the 7-11 on 483 S. Redwood Road late last night and struck up a conversation with a group of girls in the store.
As they were leaving, a friend of the girls stopped the young men and accused them of being part of a rival gang.
Witnesses saw the girls' friend then got into his black sedan and fire a few shots at the men as he drove off.
A bullet hit one of the friends in his stomach. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Police are still looking for the shooter.
