(KSL News) -- A judge determined an Ogden man is competent to stand trial for murder.
Danny Reyes is accused of beating a woman with a meat cleaver, then lighting her couch on fire to cover up the crime.
Dean Imlay is accused of aggravated arson for helping set the fire.
Imlay is scheduled to appear in court next month.
