(KSL News) -- A man accused of lying in the case of a missing Spanish Fork teen is scheduled to be in court this afternoon.
Christopher Jeppson is charged with perjury in the investigation into the disappearance of Kiplyn Davis. She disappeared in May of 1995.
Two other men, Timmy Brent Olsen and Scott Brunson, were found guilty on similar charges.
A murder trial against Olsen, the prime suspect in Kiplyn's murder, is scheduled to begin next month.
