(KSL News) Police arrested Arturo Entzin, 20, in connection with a stabbing outside the Salt Lake City Shelter.
Police say Entzin and a 28-year-old man were standing in line for food at 210 S. Rio Grande St. Monday around 7 p.m. Police say the two got into an argument, and Entzin stabbed the victim in the abdomen area.
The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
