SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A deputy Salt Lake district attorney has been charged with D.U.I.
Forty-three-year-old Jon David Shuman was cited last month for investigation of driving under the influence.
Authorities say when officers pulled him over they detected a strong odor of alcohol and noticed he had glassy red eyes and moved really slowly.
Police say Shuman refused to take a sobriety test or a Breathalyzer test.
