People tired of shoveling the snow and driving in it may be tempted to just hunker down and stay home, but can you call in sick to work because of the snow?
Why not just put that shovel away and stay home from work?
Neil Anderson has lived here for 26 years. He says, "No, never. You don't do it in tah. You just don't do it! No way. I came from the Twin Cities. They don't do it there either."
Anderson works at East High School, so if they said it was OK to stay home because of the snow, he would. But school is rarely canceled in Utah.
Still, some people say they have called in sick from work to go skiing, they just don't want to be identified.
