(KSL News) A thief got away with several thousand dollars worth of jewelry from an Ogden store early this morning.
Police say around 1 a.m. the alarm at Richards Jewelry Manufacturing at 202 W. 36th St. went off. When officers arrived, the front door and several glass cases were smashed in. The owners say more than 100 items were stolen.
Thanks to surveillance video from the parking lot, police think they know the description of a vehicle driven by a lookout. Officers are looking for an El Camino with white over bronze paint.
